Fazenda Carioca was born in 1986 as the residence of the Consul of Brazil in Bariloche.
Its construction was made to measure, with all the comforts (even a heated pool) and the most advanced technology of his day, recovering for coating 100% of the cypress trees that had to be knocked down.
The spectacular residence with a panoramic view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the Mountain range Cuyin Manzano in Neuquén, spreads on almost 2 acres of woods and gardens, but surprisingly is located just 23 blocks from the Civic Center, with access on the Avenue of Pioneros, the fastest access path to Cerro Catedral, Lake Gutierrez and splicing at km 8 with Bustillo Avenue, to Llao Llao.
Its location and park are ideal for those who want to be in full contact with nature but without departing from the center to enjoy its restaurants, shops, discos, bars and casino. With a Bariloche contemporary style and as the luxury residence that it was, its common rooms are huge, and the bedrooms are not standardized, but all of them have generous dimensions and windows overlooking the lake or the beautiful garden.
